Edith Isobel Elliot

Peacefully at age 92, Edith Elliot (nee Reid) previously of Williamsford, passed on July 19, 2021, at Summit Place in Owen Sound. Devoted wife of 69 years to (Mac) Thomas Elliot. Loving mom to Tom Elliot (Penny) of Whitehorse, Marie Ferron (Grant) of London, and daughter Marg who predeceased her in 2017. Doting grandma of Kelsey, Brett (Maxine), Maegan, and Courtney. Fondly remembered by sister-in-law Marie Arnold and many nieces and nephews. Also predeceased by her siblings Bill Reid (Judy), Laurence Reid, and Irene Aitken (Bob) and by her parents Samuel and Edith Reid (nee Paisley).

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Garafraxa Hill Funeral Home, Chatsworth. A visitation will be held Friday July 23, from 5:00 – 7:00pm at the funeral home. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, online booking is required through the website. Masks and social distancing is mandatory. A private funeral service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Saturday July 24, with a livestream of the service commencing at 2:00pm. Reverend Randy Benson presiding. An interment, open to the public, will be held at Shiloh Cemetery, Chatsworth, Monday July 26 at 10:00am.
