Hazel Kuhl

June 24, 1942 - March 9, 2018

Kuhl- Hazel Caroline Kuhl (nee Klages) of Chatsworth passed peacefully, surrounded by her family at Lee Manor Owen Sound on March 9, 2018 at the age of 75. Beloved wife of Harris Kuhl for 55 years. Dear mother of Wm. David (Karen) of Keady, Larry (Kelly) of Waterloo, Jeanette Wise (Timothy) of Chesley, and Duane of Owen Sound. Proud grandmother to Wm. Evan, Renee, Lydia, Kyle, Andrea (Jarred) and Kristen. Hazel is survived by her siblings Harold Klages (Ruth) and William H. Klages (Judy), brothers-in-law Grant and Ralph Kuhl (Helen) and sister-in-law, Ethel Kuhl. Predeceased by her parents William E. and Hilda (nee Batterman) Klages, brothers-in-law Edward, Victor, Arnold (Mae), Chester (Lillian) and Howard Kuhl. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.

​Visitation will be held at the GARAFRAXA HILL FUNERAL HOME, Chatsworth, on Monday, March 12, 2018 from 2:00 – 4:00  and 7:00 – 9:00 pm.  A funeral service for Hazel Kuhl will be held at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, Desboro, on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at 11:00 am, Pastor Brian Dunlop officiating with visitation one hour prior to service. If desired, donations to Lutheran Hour Ministries, Faith Lutheran Church Desboro, or the Parkinson Society of South Western Ontario would be appreciated.
