Darleen, I am so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. What a great time I had getting to know her from Edwards of Can. shipping dept. I spoke with her everyday for years there and always enjoyed her. When I visited her at her home and saw her beautiful flowers, it was great to see the soft side of your mother. She was such a hard worker and was very good at her job.

Sylvia was my mothers Best friend of over 50 years and aunt to me and my brother and sister . 50 years of love, support, joy and shared sorrow. I was manager at UPS and would cover the runs on somewhat regular basis over the years. Met Sylvia when she was the shipper at Edwards. As time went on you chat when the pick up was being done. Always enjoyed Sylvia's conversation. She retired around the same time I did. Would occasionally bump into her at the CTC gas bar or when she was out for a walk around her home. Best memory was when she had a grand daughters dog years ago and the two of them would be out for a walk. There pace and walk saunter were a perfect match. RIP Sylvia

Her loss is felt deeply. As someone growing up without grandparents, I looked to Sylvia as a grandmother. She was a warm, kind, and generous lady who was always there for a chat or a hug. We love you and we miss you.

Louie, Darleen, Debbie & family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I know Sylvia will be greatly missed by all of you and her many friends. She had a beautiful smile that came quickly when she would see you, and when I'd run into her out shopping she'd give me the best hug! When we were teenagers and Debbie would have me sleep over for a movie night, Sylvia and Louie always made me feel very welcome in your home! As a coworker at Edwards Sylvia was known for her hard work and positive attitude. I know you have many special memories to hold close at this sad time and I will be thinking of you all.

My sincerest sympathy to the family of Sylvia. She was a very special person. I first met Sylvia when she worked with my dad, Rogers Agnew. We took a refinishing course together and had so much fun. Over the years I would run into Sylvia, and we spend some time catching up on each others lives. I enjoyed our friendship. I am very sad to hear of her passing. I am sorry I didn't know she had been sick. I will miss Sylvia very much! Nora Hicks

Dear Louie, Darleen, Debbie and family, I am so sorry to hear about Sylvia. She was always such a big part of Williamsford when I was growing up. She was always around, at baseball games or stopping in for gas, etc. My mom would have been 82 last week and I still miss her so much. There is never a good time to lose your mom and certainly not a good time to lose your wife. I am so sorry for all of you but wanted you to know that I was thinking of you and will be praying for your families. I didn’t realize that you all still lived in Williamsford but I guess everyone came back. Next time I am there, I will look you up. Sincerely, Wanda Lang (Flooren)

I will for ever remember the wonderful "Sylvia hug" she gave me when I retired along with a beautiful bouquet of peonies from her garden.
