My deepest sympathy to all of Steve’s family. I have such fond memories of you living next door. I recall the huge rink that spanned both our back yards, thus the beginning of the love for hockey. Keeping you in my heart and in my prayers as you move forward in these sad days.

From: Brad Bowers

My sincere condolences to Lisa, Lee Ann, Greg, Pam & Families. We always enjoyed the Family Gatherings out at Hargest " The Farm " in Kemble. Some of our fondest memories where created there and it seems Steve had a lot of the farming influence instilled in him. The hard work, love of cars, pride of family, home and animals etc. is a very common and proud trait that was ingrained in the great Hargest Family. I enjoyed seeing Steve through out the years, he always had a great smile, always happy and positive. I will miss that. Rest in Peace my Cousin. Brad & Family

My sincere condolences to all of Steve’s family at this sad time. Steve and I were good friends in high school , always together, he was a great guy- a tough player for the Falcons and very smart-just not so keen in classroom work - his penmanship always impressed everyone in class! So many good memories and so many fun times from so long ago now. I will always remember Steve as a kind hearted person, who always enjoyed people and was selfless in his kindness . So very sad to learn of his sudden passing.
