I only know Joe from meeting him at the Roxy theatre where he was a faithful attendee for The Toronto All Star Big Band events. He was charming and kind, generous and friendly. I was sad when I learned that the Band was not coming to Owen Sound this year. I have been the house manager for many years on that day. I thought of Joe and how sad and disappointed he would be. Condolences to Joe's family and friends.
