From: Deanne Tweddle Matt & family, I just learned of your dad's passing. I am very sorry for your loss. I have fond memories of your Dad & all he taught me about insurance, he was my mentor. He was a very knowledgeable man about many other things too, we always had good conversations! Keep your memories close.

We are shocked by such sad news of a true Mopar friend that I have known for over 30 years. Dave was a very smart, gentle and down-to-earth man. I will miss our in-depth conversations and our similar senses of humour. When we meet up again, he and I will be burning rubber in heaven. Frances, our hearts go out to you at this great loss.

From: Alan Weller

A lot of fun and interesting afternoons, evenings, meals, and WOHL matches, away and at home with Dave and Franni. Dave was always an inspiration to be a better marksman and a better mentor for our chosen sport. I had asked him early on to help me to be a better shot and he was always there with timely, insightful advise. Dave gave immense time and effort to improving the sport and the camaraderie of the club and his presence will be missed. My heart felt condolences to family and friends Alan Weller
