Kuhl, Catherine Schilling - After a brief illness, surrounded by her loving family at Chapman House Hospice, on Thursday March 12th 2020, Cathy Kuhl (nee Batterman) of Desboro, passed in her 83rd year. Mother of Andrew and his wife Siobhan of Annan. Cherished grandmother of Anneliese. Survived by her aunt Rita Baker, of St. John's Newfoundland. "Aunt Cathy" to 47 nieces and nephews, and to numerous "greats" and "great-greats". Predeceased by her husband Gordon (1974), parents Andrew ("Hardy") and Mabel Batterman (nee Baker), sister Delphine Taylor, and parents-in-law Julius and Mary Kuhl.  Also predeceased by her brother-in-law Donald Taylor, brothers-in-law Harold Kuhl (Alvena), Otto Kuhl (Luella), Ernie Kuhl (Anne, Gertrude), Alvin Kuhl (Frances), George Kuhl (Sylvia) and sisters-in-law Viola Tompkins (Harvey, Ernie) and Mary Garvie (Gordon). Cathy was a church organist, Agricultural Society director, and a fixture in the Desboro and Keady communities for over 60 years.  

 

Arrangements have been entrusted to Garafraxa Hill Funeral Home, Chatsworth.  Due to current events, visitation and Service of Christian Burial will be held at a later date.
