July 16, 1946 – October 24, 2018

Curtis, Hazel Winnifred (nee Webster) – After a battle with cancer, Hazel Curtis of Holland Centre, passed in Owen Sound on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at age 72. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Harvey Curtis. Cherished mom to Cliff Curtis (Tammy Mortley) of Chatsworth, Connie Curtis (Larry Fitzgerald) of Limehouse, Karen Schultz (Greg) of Bolton, and John Curtis (Melissa) of Holland Centre. Survived by her siblings Shirley Webster, Frances Wilson, Bob Webster (Sharron Clarke), Bev Webster (Rose Christie), Linda Ceaser (Larry), Brenda Gardiner, Bonnie Kelly (Pat), Ruth Ceaser (Jim), Janice Webster (Bob Tolhurst), and John King (Honey). Loving grandma to Connor, Kyle, Teagan, Macy, Jordan, Kassandra, Logan, Hayden, Brandon, and Kylie. Lovingly remembered by in-laws Mike Brewer, Isabell Guse (Ted), “Jim” Baden Curtis,  many nieces and nephews, and one great grandchild. Predeceased by her parents, Melville and Amelia Webster, infant brother Lorne, sister Betty Brewer, and in-laws Clifford  Curtis (Clara), Darlene Curtis and Tom Curtis. 

Visitations will be held at the Garafraxa Hill Funeral Home on Saturday October 27, 2018, from 2:00 – 4:00 pm, and 7:00 – 9:00 pm. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Sunday October 28, Chatsworth, at 1:00 pm. Pastors Melinda Cornfield and Michael Henkel officiating.  Interment at Shiloh Cemetery. Donations to the Cancer Society, Chapman House, or the Holland Centre United Church would be appreciated by the family.
