MacKinnon, Donna Jean- Donna MacKinnon, formerly of Chatsworth, passed away at GBHS Owen Sound, on Tuesday February 26, 2019 in her 82nd year. Loving wife of 63 years to Don Wallace MacKinnon and dear mother of Sandra MacKinnon of Newfoundland. Donna is now reunited with her unnamed stillborn child, son Timothy and daughter Laura. Cherished grandma to Jean Sebastien Cormier, Sarah MacKinnon-Cormier, and Julien Cormier, and fondly remembered by her great-grandchildren Ruby, Pascal, Erileigh, Laurence, Kaiden, Gabriela, and Neeko. Also survived by her in-laws Elsie MacKinnon, Brenden MacKinnon (Linda), Glenda Klein (Wayne), Gale MacKinnon (Judy), Karen Motherwell, Joan MacKinnon and by many precious nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents George and Dorothy Sleeth, brother Gary, and in-laws Al MacKinnon and Robert MacKinnon (Liz).

Donna spent her career as a bookkeeper, and was devoted to her community. She was an active church member, volunteered with the Grey-Bruce Hospital Women's  Auxiliary, Lion's Club, and enjoyed curling. The family wish to say a special thank-you to Eileen Minke, Grant Dexter, and the Chatsworth Presbyterian Church community for their kindness and support to Donna and Don. 

Cremation has taken place and arrangements have been entrusted to Garafraxa Hill Funeral Home, Chatsworth Ontario. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm Friday March 8, 2019, in the funeral home chapel, with a visitation one hour prior to service. Rev. Randy Benson officiating.
