In Memory of a Fellow Railroader I was saddened to hear of Paul’s passing, a fine and respected retired CN and VIA engineer. Despite never having the opportunity to work together on the road, Paul and I have had many conversations in the bullpen, parking lot , crew van and deadhead coaches over the years. I will always remember Paul’s calm, gentle, and professional demeanour — he was a man who carried himself with quiet confidence and humility. A knowledgeable engineer and a true gentleman. His passing will be felt deeply among those who had the privilege to have known him. My condolences to all those who loved him.
