With great sadness, the family of Robert Joseph Edwards announce his peaceful passing at Central Place, Owen Sound, on Monday May 8th, 2023 at age 90. Dearly missed by his loving wife Earline Edwards (nee Semple) of Central Place, Owen Sound.
Proud father of Wayne Edwards (Brenda) of Markdale, Doug Edwards (Judy) of Chatsworth, Karen Beach of Annan, Kim Boyd (Randy) of Flesherton, Kelly Moore (Randy) of Wiarton and Kevin Fitzsimmons of Wiarton. Grandpa of 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Brother of Whitney Edwards (Denise) of Markdale. Predeceased by his wife Ilene Edwards (nee Hawthorne), parents Joseph and Margaret Edwards (nee Atkinson), brothers Raymond and William Edwards and sister Betty Hall.
Cremation has taken place and arrangements entrusted to Garafraxa Hill Funeral Home, Chatsworth. A come and go Celebration of Life will be held at the funeral home chapel on Thursday, May 11th from 2:00 - 4:00pm.  A private family inurnment to follow at Zion Glenelg Cemetery.
