Dianne Joyce Butt

With her family at her side, Dianne Butt of Holland Centre passed away peacefully in her sleep, on Thursday February 3, 2022, at the age of 65. Loving partner of 21 years to Herb Langpohl. Cherished mother of Justin Caceres (Jessica) of Toronto and Mikaela Dring (Chris) of Brampton. Doting grandma of William, Isabel, Sebastian, and Penny. Dear sister of Carol Gallant (Andy) and fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law Lisa Whitehead (Wayne) and Renee Nosko (Ed). Predeceased by her parents William Frank and Violet May Butt (nee Carpow).

Dianne worked for many years as an administrator in the communications sector. She and Herb retired to their Holland Centre home in the spring of 2016, where she enjoyed her gardens, parties, and forest walks. Her smile, love of dancing, and zest for life will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Cremation has taken place and arrangements have been entrusted to the Garafraxa Hill Funeral Home, Chatsworth. A private graveside committal service will be held at Beechwood Cemetery, Concord, Ontario. If desired, donations to Chapman House would be appreciated by the family.
